At Olivio&Co, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. Please review our return policy below:

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Please note that we do NOT accept returns on items that are marked “Sale”.

To initiate a return, please contact us at e_service_eu@olivioandco.com. Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed with the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or the product is defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package to ensure its safe return to us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect for further assistance. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items marked as "Sale" are not eligible for return or unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Changes to Return Policy:

We reserve the right to update or modify our return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
