At Olivio&Co, we are committed to providing the best shipping experience for our customers. Please read through our shipping policy carefully to understand our practices and policies regarding the shipment of your purchases.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Delivery Time & Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The available shipping options are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Please kindly note any delivery made outside of the EU (such as – but not limited to - delivery in the United Kingdom or Switzerland) may be subject to additional taxes and/or costs and/or service fees which amount may vary depending on the total amount of the order as well as the place of delivery.
Such additional taxes and/or costs and/or service fees shall be borne by you which remain the sole person responsible regarding restrictions, duties, taxes, and other fees collected within the delivery country.
Moreover, if you – once the delivery reached its destination – refuses the parcel or fails to pay the additional taxes and/or costs and/or service fees, OLIVIO & CO shall be entitled to abandon the parcel delivered.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is correct. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at e_service_eu@olivioandco.com. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or invalid addresses.

The parcel will be handed to you upon signature and presentation of identification.
In case of absence, a notice of passage will be left for you to pick up the parcel at their post office.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Olivio&Co is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping Policy Changes
We may update this shipping policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
